Litigator

A BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm is seeking an experienced litigator to handle both general liability and workers compensation cases. Candidate should have 5+ years of experience. This is a unique opportunity where you can fully work from home, aside from periodic court experienced. Candidate must be capable and comfortable with managing their own case load. Must be able to travel to courts in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Must be Delaware barred! PA bar is a plus. Firm offers a competitive salary with a bonus program.

This Pennsylvania-based law firm has 6 offices which concentrate on practice groups such as commercial litigation, construction, general litigation, and workers' compensation. The firm staffs a fairly large group of skilled lawyers, as well as a skilled administrative team. This legal practice also publishes an in-house legal periodical.
