FDA Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level FDA associate attorney with 3 years of experience practicing in a law firm setting. The candidate must be admitted to and in good standing with the D.C. Bar. Experience with some or all of the following preferred: experience with FTC advertising requirements, claims substantiation, investigations, and regulations; experience with NAD challenges, ingredient reviews, labels, and labeling compliance, advertising claims safety evaluations, substantiation evaluations, 510(k) assessments, recall issues, import/export issues, FDA inspections, civil investigative demand letters, California Proposition 65, good manufacturing regulations for supplements and new dietary ingredient assessments; experience with state deceptive practices and investigations.

The candidate should have strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Must be a collaborative self-starter, results-oriented, and eager to grow and develop in broad-based practice. Must hold a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
