Mid-level Capital Markets Associate Attorney

Nashville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level capital markets associate attorney preferably with 3-6 years of work experience in corporate law, with significant experience in public company securities offerings and Exchange Act reporting. The candidate will work with the corporate practice's capital markets clients, and should be experienced with sophisticated finance transactions, including public and private securities offerings, as well as general corporate and corporate governance matters. Previous large law firm experience is required.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
