Sarasota office of our client seeks attorney with 1-3 years of insurance defense experience. The candidate provides counsel and representation to clients in insurance defense. Conducts extensive, complex legal research and reviews legislative history of applicable statutes. Develops strategy, arguments and testimony in preparation for presentation of case. Prepares a variety of legal forms and documents such as discovery requests and responses, pleadings, subpoenas, medical summaries. Uses computer programs and document management systems and takes advantage of new technology to enhance job performance. Organizes and maintains case files. Maintains positive success for all team relations. Should have admission to the American Bar Association. Must currently be Florida licensed.
