Real Estate / Transactional Income Partner

Oklahoma City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate/transactional income partner preferably with 8+ years of general real estate law experience. The candidate should have a background in all types of real estate transactional work, including purchase/sale transactions and leasing. Experience with general corporate/commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and/or transactional telecommunications matters is helpful. Experience in sophisticated real estate transactions and with affordable housing is preferred. Large law firm experience is desired. Must be licensed to practice law in OK.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate with an excellent academic record. Strong contract drafting and writing skills are required.
