Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney

The candidate should have experience as a lead associate on M&A transactions, with experience drafting definitive transaction agreements and managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction.

The candidate should have superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
