Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an estate planning attorney with 5 years of estate planning, business law, tax law, or probate experience. The candidate will discuss plans with clients for distributing clients assets. Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Keep client files properly organized and up to date. Represent clients in court proceedings as needed. Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action. Assume full responsibility for the legal production pipeline, from intake to delivery of work to the client. Manage a dynamic caseload. Ensure all legal work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Client interviews, investigation, and preparation of legal documents and papers. Research issues involving complex programs with connected federal and state authorities, including researching federal statutes and regulations, state statutes and regulations, administrative agency guidance, state and federal case law, and administrative agency decisions. Advice and representation of clients in accordance with firm priorities. Develop relationships with the community served and the leaders of that community. Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years. Must have an active law license in Colorado. Must be a member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association). Experience with the Mac and Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and G Suite is preferred.

The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited law school. An undergraduate degree with a legal background and a JD degree is required. Must have great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations. Must have a wide range of knowledge regarding real estate-related topics such as title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation. Must be good with basic technology. Conveys confidence in the person and on the phone. Shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease during challenging times. Demonstrates exceptional communication skills. Must be able to hold yourself and others accountable. Must be a go-getter with a strong work ethic
