Miami office of our client seeks a partner-level intellectual property prosecution and transactional attorney with extensive experience in patent and trademark prosecution including application preparation, clearance and patentability opinions, non-infringement and freedom to operate opinions, and foreign patent and trademark practice. The candidate should preferably have experience in intellectual property transactional matters including drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and advising clients on IP-related agreements, such as license agreements, software agreements, and IP provisions in commercial agreements. Experience in data privacy and cybersecurity would be a plus. Must have a portable book of business evidencing a skill set in and potential for additional business generation. Admission to the USPTO as a registered patent attorney is required.

This is a Florida-based business law firm. Its attorney team members are organized into four practice teams: the Administrative Law team, the Business Reorganization team, the Dispute Resolution team, and the Transaction team.
