Richardson office of our client seeks an immigration attorney with 1-2 years of experience in an EOIR setting. The candidate will meet with potential clients for immigration consultations and determine the strategy that best benefits the potential client. Will supervise the preparation of diverse immigration applications for family and employment-based petitions. Develop strategy and prepare clients for EOIR proceedings. Provide legal analysis for clients to determine risks and benefits of moving forward with immigration applications. Must have experience with cases before USCIS and the Dallas EOIR. Some employment-based immigration experience is necessary. Must be licensed to practice in any state. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are required.
