Bend office of our client seeks an attorney with 1+ years of experience in civil and/or criminal litigation, business, personal injury, real estate, construction law, corporate, commercial, mergers, etc. The candidate will manage cases and files acting as a responsible attorney. Take and defend depositions, draft and argue motions and try and arbitrate cases. Negotiate and draft contracts. Handle business start-ups and formation. Address all aspects of construction from contracts to litigation. A Bar License is preferred.

The candidate must have excellent research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must. A good sense of humor is required. Insurance defense background appreciated. The firm offers benefits that include Health insurance, Paid time off, Relocation assistance, and a retirement plan.
