Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level corporate and finance, life sciences transactional associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience at a large law firm and/or in-house legal department. The candidate should have experience drafting and negotiating licenses and commercial agreements for pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech companies. Relevant work experience should include drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses, collaboration agreements, research and development agreements, clinical trial agreements, manufacturing agreements, supply and distribution agreements, university licenses, and other types of strategic alliances and partnering arrangements. Should preferably have 3+ years of life sciences transactional experience. Admission to the PA Bar is required.
The candidate must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
