Employment Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment associate attorney with 4-6 years of legal experience. The candidate will work on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and other related documents, as well as advise and counsel all corporate clients on various employment matters, including drafting and negotiating employment-related arrangements, including employment, consulting and separation agreements. Will also be expected to work on employment litigation, internal investigations, and other employment-related disputes. Must have substantial knowledge of M&A-related transactional employment work and general employment experience. Admission to the New York State Bar, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly, will be required.

The candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal and client management skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and, at times, deadline-driven environment. Excellent academic credentials are required.
