Labor and Employment Attorney

Riverside office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and employment attorney with 3-10 years of experience. The candidate will join the Labor and Employment / Business Litigation team. Strong background in litigation and labor and employment matters. Prior experience to include: all forms of harassment and discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and class action / PAGA defense in civil litigation, administrative and arbitration forums. Prior counseling advice for employers regarding labor and employment law compliance essential. Should have business litigation experience.

The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills needed. Should have acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task and case manage in a fast-paced, yet fun, team culture. Must have initiative, work independently, and exercise excellent and ethical judgment.

This law firm has two offices in California and was established in the early 1870s. There are nearly 20 attorneys working in the areas of trial practice and litigation, corporate and business, wealth preservation/estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment, real estate, finance, entity formation, trademark and copyrights, business strategy and analysis, joint ventures, complex negotiation, contracts, lending institutions, non-profit, licensing, restaurant representation and government, municipal and water districts.
