New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent prosecution associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience in the areas of mechanical engineering and/or computer science. The candidate must be admitted to the Patent Bar and have experience with all aspects of patent prosecution to include US and foreign patent and trademark prosecution. Experience with inter partes reviews and patent litigation is preferred. Trademark prosecution experience is a plus. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills are required. Must be self-motivated and flexible.
