The candidate must have experience with state or federal analysis of regulatory requirements, and a demonstrated interest and ability to parse complex regulatory schemes. Prior experience with federal and state regulatory regimes applicable to financial services companies, compliance counseling, and internal corporate investigations, is desirable. Must be licensed to practice law in the US and in good standing with the DE State Bar.

The candidate must have superior writing ability, maturity, and good communication skills.
