Family Law Associate Attorney

Oklahoma City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks family law associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience. The candidate will assist in legal matters regarding divorce, paternity, child custody, prenuptial agreements, and adoption. Will draft motions, responses, declarations, financial disclosures, correspondence, and other family law related documents. Make various family law court appearances. Assist with trial preparation. Meet with potential clients to consult on their potential legal matter. Ongoing client communication and management. Experience with tracking billable time is needed.

The candidate will have ability to handle assigned caseload and interact well with clients. Must have high-level writing capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to make various family law court appearances is essential. Should have ability to take initiative and work independently. Must have demonstrated time management skills and ability to re-prioritize and work under multiple deadlines.
