Denver office of our client seeks associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Non-immigrant visa petitions; Family based immigrant visa petitions and lawful permanent residency applications; Consular Processing of Immigrant and Non-immigrant visa applications; Employment based permanent residency applications; PERM Labor Certification applications; Drafting responses to DOL and USCIS inquiries; Representing clients in Immigration Court; Asylum Proceedings and other Humanitarian immigration benefits. Should have admission to Colorado or other State Bar. Ability to speak foreign language is strongly preferred.
The candidate should have Juris Doctor Degree from accredited law school. Should have strong research, writing, organizational and client service skills.
