The candidate should preferably have strong deal experience working in a sophisticated corporate law firm (or similar setting) with a focus on representing borrowers, lenders, sellers, or purchasers in the US and cross-border trade finance, supply chain finance, commodity finance, receivables monetization, trade receivables securitization, asset-based lending or other similar products.
