Stamford office of our client seeks intellectual property associate attorney with 4-5 years of experience in practicing trademark and copyright law. The candidate will serve in trademark searching, clearance, prosecution and maintenance of trademark portfolios. Serve in matters in front of the TTAB - Opposition and Cancellation Proceedings. Handle organization of international trademark filings and portfolios. Investigation and analysis of trademark and copyright infringement. Drafting cease and desist letters. Drafting license, settlement, coexistence, and assignment agreements involving trademarks and copyrights. Trademark and copyright litigation with experience in drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents is essential. Advertising, promotions and sweepstakes law is a plus. Bar admission in one U.S. State is essential.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree. Strong organizational, writing, verbal, and research skills are needed.
