Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks environmental attorney with 2-5 years of law firm or government experience. The candidate must have working familiarity with major environmental programs and also has litigation experience in environmental, toxic tort or other similar areas, including managing discovery tasks, working with experts, brief-writing, and preparing for, defending, and/or taking depositions. Experience with brief drafting in appellate rulemaking challenges would be a plus.
