Corporate and Securities Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate and securities attorney with 5+ years of securities law practice. The candidate will be drafting client alerts and other external publications on securities law topics; drafting, updating, and promoting standard forms; curating collections of high-quality precedents and samples; and marketing these resources to attorneys, soliciting feedback, and using feedback to improve resources. Will be providing internal and external thought leadership on practice and legal developments, and develop and update practice group career development and training programs and sessions. Coordinating practice group meetings and other events, including attending and reporting on major securities law conferences; working with Marketing to update the firms online securities law resources; and organizing external seminars, webinars, and other events focused on securities law topics. Other responsibilities include coordinating the representation on ABA section and other relevant securities law organizations, and working with the Practice Technology and Innovation Committee to identify and implement practice improvement innovations, technologies, and processes.

The candidate should have JD degree. Must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy and dynamic work environment. Need to build trusted advisor relationships with attorneys at all levels. Should have a great work ethic and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
