Washington D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks entry-level to mid-level patent prosecution associate attorney with experience. The candidate should have a strong desire to become proficient with drafting patent application and office action responses for clients in diverse technology areas. Should have a science or technical degree. Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or other engineering degree is preferred. Should be currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school. Must have admission to the USPTO Patent Bar or eligibility to sit for the USPTO Patent Bar.

The candidate should have an ability to conduct independent research to quickly get up to speed on unfamiliar technology. Must have a strong sense of self-motivation to meet work product deadlines or complete projects ahead of schedule. A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school or be currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited essential.
