The candidate will be handling all aspects of many types of civil law matters ranging from initial client consultations to final resolution of the case, in close collaboration with the other attorneys and staff. Will be preparing correspondence, motions, discovery, pleadings, orders, courtroom appearances, depositions, hearings, trials, and all other aspects of litigation. Preparing and analyzing liens, bonds, contracts, subcontracts, deeds, and various other legal documents. Also require legal research and analysis, attending hearings, mediations, and trials, meeting with clients, experts and witnesses. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas. Should have strong computer skills.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong forward-thinking skills. Must have excellent writing, research, and analytical skills. Should have ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Must be team player, motivated, and organized. Should have excellent business judgment, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills. Must have a positive and energetic attitude.
