Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney (Emerging Companies/Venture)

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level corporate associate attorney (emerging companies/venture) with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will join its Business Group. Will work with the firms small and large business clients on sophisticated transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors, and regularly work with talented attorneys across the firms five offices. Should have a strong background with entity selection and formation, organizational and governance structures, handling day-to-day matters for small and large businesses, as well as moderate to extensive experience with capital raise transactions covering a variety of private offerings, debt and equity financing from friends and family, angel investors, venture capital funds, syndicates, and traditional banks. A public company, capital markets, and/or securities are a plus.

This is a powerful Pacific Northwest firm and offers associates working here the opportunity to participate in some of the more significant litigation and corporate work in the Pacific Northwest.
