Seattle office of our client seeks class actions and consumer protection litigation associate attorney with 5 years of experience. The candidate will serve as both first- and the second chair on a variety of matters at different stages of litigation, including pre-filing investigation and client intake, drafting of complaints, law, and motion, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, working with experts, trial preparation, bench and jury trials, and appeals. Should have experience with depositions and in court. Must be experienced in managing complex discovery and ESI. Prior federal clerkship a plus.
