Richmond office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior technology transactions, cybersecurity and IP attorney with 5+ years of experience working on IP transactional work. The candidate will be structuring, drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements involving software, emerging and other technologies, IP and related commercial and regulatory matters. These agreements regularly include software development agreements, cloud services offerings, strategic alliance and joint venture agreements, open source licenses, IP and technology licenses, consulting and marketing agreements, and distribution and reseller agreements. Primary responsibilities will also include counseling clients with respect to state, national and international privacy and data security compliance, including CCPA and GDPR. Blockchain experience, Fintech experience or CIPP certification would be a plus.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials and superior writing, drafting, and communication skills.
