The candidate will represent sophisticated firm clients in mergers and acquisitions and commercial and other transactional work, including preparing and negotiating acquisition agreements and associated documents and conducting related due diligence. Will advise clients on general corporate and business law issues and compliance matters and will be involved in the development and maintenance of client relationships.

The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills.
