Workers' Compensation Attorney

Atlanta office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks workers' compensation attorney with 3+ years of experience handling Georgia workers compensation matters, preferably on the defense side. The candidate will work independently on an assigned caseload. Must have experience handling general discovery matters, including taking depositions, interviewing witnesses, responding to written discovery, and preparing motions. Trial experience is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.

The candidate should have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player. Must have exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic.
