Phoenix office of our client seeks an attorney preferably with significant experience in civil litigation - real estate, fraud, and/or commercial contract law. The candidate will take ownership of a client's case, including direct contact with clients and opposing counsel, drafting pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery, and covering some pretrial hearings. Will also gain second chair trial experience. Must be licensed to practice in Arizona.

The candidate must have strong skills in the following areas: research, writing, courtroom presentation, the ability to communicate with clients, and use common technology.
