Must have proven experience in trademark searches and clearances, filing trademark applications, international portfolio maintenance, domain name Uniform Dispute Resolution Proceedings, trademark cease-and-desist matters, oppositions, and cancellation actions, trademark licensing and due diligence in transactions. Should preferably have law firm experience. Litigation as well as Copyright experience is a plus.
