Sudbury office of our client seeks immigration associate attorney with 3+ years of experience with EB-1, EB-2, NIW, E-2, L-1, H-1B, and Asylum (affirmative and defensive) applications. The candidate will serve in interview clients, asses and work with clients directly throughout the process. Will appear in courts for asylum hearings/cancellation of removal, other proceedings. File business immigration applications. Communicating with USCIS and other government branches. Must have an LL.M. degree, be able to practice law in at least one of the states of the United States. MA license preferred. Must have previous Federal Immigration experience, including business Immigration, and/or expertise in handling defensive asylum cases. Fluency in one of these languages is preferred: Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, and/or Azerbaijani.
