Kent office of our client seeks community association associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate should have litigation experience. Experience with townhomes, condo, and/or HOA law is preferred. Experience and a good understanding of contract and real estate law is essential. In-court experience is preferred.

The candidate should have proven track record of establishing strong working relationships with clients and legal support staff. Must be able to communicate with tact and professionalism with property managers and board members. Should have excellent verbal, writing skills and presentation skills.

Large firm skill combined with small town care. This Washington firm has a skilled, broad range of attorneys, allowing for effective practice in estate planning, business planning, serious injury, immigration, bankruptcy, divorce, criminal defense, and much more.
