The candidate will collaborate closely with a Board-Certified Partner in Construction Law, handle intricate and high-stakes cases, and offer unparalleled service to the diverse clientele. Will manage a substantial caseload of complex litigation matters in the realm of construction and construction defect litigation. Work in collaboration with the rest of the team to strategize and execute effective litigation plans. Deliver impeccable client service through consistent communication, counsel, and legal advice. Participate in pre-trials, trials, and hearings, representing clients skillfully and effectively. Proficiency in ATO or equivalent case management software is needed. Experience with billable hours, demonstrating exceptional time management skills essential. An active license to practice law in the State of Florida is essential.
