Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial transactions attorney with 3-7 years of experience. The candidate should possess and apply comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of the legal field to the completion of complex assignments. Must have experience with real estate, commercial transactions, and general corporate transactions. Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including business acquisition agreements, real estate purchase and sale agreements and complex leases, shareholders agreements, stock purchase agreements, bylaws, NDAs, employment/restrictive covenant agreements, vendor and contractor agreements, and construction agreements are essential. Must be licensed to practice in PA and NJ.

The candidate should have ability to communicate effectively around matters of high complexity - both orally and in writing; to read and analyze legal materials and other data; to work under time sensitive deadlines.
