Pittsburgh office of our client seeks intellectual property attorney with 2-4 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. The candidate will be involved in a variety of intellectual property matters, including those involving patent, trademark and copyright preparation, prosecution and counseling, licensing, opinion work and litigation support. Will work for the clients in creating, developing, and leveraging patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other rights to protect intellectual property assets as valuable business assets. Should have strong background and degree in Electrical Engineering. Must be admitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as well as be admitted to practice and in good standing before one or more State Bars.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Must have a JD degree from an accredited law school. Must be self-starter who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
