Corporate Derivatives and Structured Products Attorney

Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate derivatives and structured products attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will be preparing and negotiating ISDA documentation. Will be assisting with repurchase trading documentation, including under the MRA, GMRA, MSLA, MSFTAs, and other bespoke repo transactions. Organizing and maintaining active project lists and precedent database. Preparing closing checklists, coordinating closings, preparing signature pages, and following up on post-closing items. Supporting Capital Markets, Private Equity, Project Finance, and M&A matters. Knowledge of interest rate, foreign exchange, TRS, and commodity products is helpful. Must possess working knowledge of the ISDA Master Agreement and other relevant trading documentation. Should have a Bachelors degree and JD degree.
