Structured Finance Associate Attorney

Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a structured finance associate attorney with 2+ years of strong deal experience at a large law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. The candidate should preferably have public and private securities offering experience. Must be admitted to the TX State Bar.
