Oklahoma City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an income tax partner with experience in M&A transactions, international transactions, and partnership taxation. The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate with a superior academic record. Experience with state and local taxation and tax credits is a plus. Large law firm experience is preferred. Excellent writing skills are needed. Must be licensed to practice law in OK.
