Litigation/Professional Liability/Employment Defense Associate Attorney

Hawthorne office of our client seeks litigation/professional liability/employment defense associate attorney with preferably 3-5 years of experience including defense of brokers, attorneys, architects, engineers and/or other professionals and/or employment defense, including discrimination, wage and hour, and retaliation. The candidate will handle and manage, with Partner oversight, all phases of litigation, with a caseload of 25 or more litigation matters. Will draft motions, discovery demands and responses. Handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should be admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts.

The candidate should have JD degree from an accredited law school. Superior communication, writing, and research skills are needed.
