Job Overview:
A Chicago-based law firm focused exclusively on personal injury litigation is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Entry-Level Litigation Attorney. This full-time, in-person opportunity is ideal for a recent law graduate admitted to the Illinois Bar who is ready to take on high-volume casework involving automobile and premises liability claims. The firm offers extensive courtroom experience, including depositions, arbitrations, and trials, along with hands-on involvement in case development and litigation strategy.

Duties:

• Conduct depositions, arbitration hearings, and participate in jury trials

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents

• Appear in court for hearings, case management, and other proceedings

• Collaborate on litigation support and trial preparation

• Engage directly with clients and opposing counsel

• Manage multiple case files with attention to deadlines and details

• Provide strategic input during various stages of litigation

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois

• Demonstrated interest or coursework in personal injury or trial advocacy

• Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

• Capacity to manage a large caseload in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to appear in court and take responsibility for the case progression

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Illinois State Bar admission (required)
