Special Education Attorney

Lyndhurst office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a special education attorney preferably with 1-2 years of experience. The candidate will support attorneys in preparing for due process hearings including witness preparation, preparing student records requests, review special education documents, and prepare settlements and may be requested to attend IEP meetings as needed. Depending on experience, may also participate in advising and counseling school district administrators with respect to special education issues. Should preferably be interested in servicing public entities, with a background in school law and special education experience being a plus.

The candidate must have excellent research, writing and presentation skills, and high professional standards.
