Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney

Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks insurance coverage associate attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience. The candidate will handle all aspects of litigation matters involving insurance coverage disputes. Will analyze complex legal and factual issues. Draft coverage opinions, coverage letters and briefing in coverage litigation disputes. Develop efficient and effective resolution strategies. Communicate timely and effectively with clients, and provide a high level of service. Meet court and internal deadlines. Insurance coverage experience is a plus. Federal court practice is an asset. Legal project management experience is helpful. Judicial clerkship is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in the state of Texas.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
