The candidate must have lending experience plus general experience with a variety of financing transactions. Experience with due diligence, non-reliance letters, non-disclosure agreements, landlord waivers and deposit account control agreements is preferred.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials, strong communication and analytical skills, and a client-team focused work ethic.
