Chestnut Hill office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a general residential real estate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will draft purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, deeds, etc. for residential and sometimes commercial real estate transactions. Will review and assist paralegals and staff with correspondence and assist and direct problem solving as issues arise. Review Purchase and Sale Agreements, condominium due diligence, monitor contingencies, review and prepare title objections, survey and environmental reviews, closing documents, and wire transfers. Conduct real estate closings and complete post-closing documentation and administration. Review title policies, obtain title clearance, and assist staff with title clearance issues. Effectively organize and maintain Buyer and Seller client files. Monitor and calendar transaction deadlines. EClosing software knowledge is essential.

The candidate needs to be well organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with the willingness and ability to learn and employ workflow processes developed by the office. Must have the ability to problem solve, resolve, and close open issues as well as assist staff and colleagues with resolving. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with various types of clients. Must be a fast thinker/quick learner. Should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and work independently.
