This role primarily centers around providing legal guidance on compensation and benefits matters related to mergers and acquisitions. Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate executive employment agreements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in executive compensation, employee benefits, or related legal fields.

  • Experience in advising on equity-based compensation plans and M&A-related benefits issues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar.
