Family Law Attorney

Atlanta office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law attorney with 5-7 years of experience working in a family law firm environment with direct client contact. The candidate will have effective communication with clients throughout their case. Will perform research, Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct Discovery. Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings. Attend and/or direct mediations and depositions. Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies. Must have family law experience. Experience in high-asset cases is a plus.

The candidate should have excellent writing ability. Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary. The ability to work with other attorneys at the top of their field is required. The ability to manage own cases is needed.
