Mid-level Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level employee benefits and executive compensation associate attorney with 3-7 years of experience. The candidate will work with the public company securities practice by supporting all aspects of SEC disclosures related to executive compensation. Will effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties. Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner. Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product. Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required. Foster positive work relationships; comply with all firm policies and practices. Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing; participating in digital/virtual conference calls; participating in meetings as needed. Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned. Must preferably have experience in employee benefits and executive compensation matters associated with private and public company M&A transactions and related tax issues. Additional experience in general compensation and benefit plan matters would be welcome. Must be admitted to practice in Washington, DC.
