New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level media, technology, and commercial transactions associate attorney with 4 years of relevant experience. The candidate should preferably have significant experience counseling clients and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in connection with a broad range of subject matter, including software development and licensing, digital content production and distribution across all platforms (e.g., online, cable, mobile), retail/consumer product sales and distribution, information technology procurement, outsourcing and professional service agreements, social media, data privacy, and information security matters, interactive entertainment/gaming, marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives. Relevant in-house experience is preferred. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

The candidate should preferably have demonstrated the ability to assist in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with sophisticated clients and can demonstrate the ability to prioritize and handle a diverse range of matters within assigned responsibility for client groups while remaining sensitive to competing client demands. Must be a team player, with demonstrated capability to work in a dynamic, complex, and convergent environment among media, entertainment, and technology. Must have stellar employment history (limited changes since graduation). Should have top academic credentials. Must have a JD degree; Bachelors degree.
