Portland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks lateral litigation/IPR associate attorney preferably with 2-4 years of experience litigating district court patent suits and/or inter partes reviews before the PTAB. The candidate should preferably have a technical background, active Patent Bar, and judicial clerkship experience (particularly at the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals).

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials (top 33% of class preferred, top 10% strongly preferred). Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.

The head office is based in Oregon. Area of concentration is intellectual property law. There are eight areas of practice. Copyrights, patents and intellectual property counseling are a few of their practice disciplines. Industries are significant. Over fifty proficient attorneys and qualified support group comprise their law firm. They represent clients globally.
