San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level government enforcement litigation associate attorney, preferably with 3-6 years of demonstrated core litigation experience. The candidate must have experience taking and defending depositions, working with expert witnesses, courtroom experience, and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. Candidates with experience from federal clerkships, government, federal agencies, state or federal public defender or prosecutor offices are encouraged to apply. Experience with inquiries, investigations, enforcement actions with U.S. regulatory bodies, compliance matters with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), U.S. Securities laws, and other aspects of U.S. law, cross-border commercial disputes and policies, and internal controls is preferred. Federal clerkship experience preferred. Proficiency in a second language is helpful. Should have 3 years of litigation, compliance, investigations, and enforcement experience. Must be licensed to practice in California.

The candidate must have superior research and writing skills. Should preferably have immediately transferable skills and strong academic background from nationally recognized law schools. Strong writing and analytical skills are needed.
